- Strips of courgette
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
Sauté the bacon in a frying pan and remove.
In the same pan, use the bacon fat to sauté the strips of courgette, mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the bacon, a little soy sauce and a drizzle of honey. Stir to mix.
Serve with a little sprinkled oregano.
