Ingredients for 6 people:
- 1 kilogram of pumpkin
- Flour
- 5 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of “El Brezal” honey
- 1 sachet of yeast
- Olive oil
- Freshly squeezed orange juice
How:
- Peel and chop the pumpkin and put it in a pan
- Cover with water and allow to boil about 10-15 minutes
- Drain and reserve
- Blend with the eggs and add the honey
- Blend the mixture and then add the sachet of yeast with 6 tablespoons of flour
- Continue blending, until it becomes a dough that is neither too thick nor too liquid. If necessary add a little more flour to get the ideal texture
- Finally, heat olive oil and with a scoop or ladle add to the pan and start frying the pancakes
- To serve, dress with a mixture of honey and natural orange juice!!
Ingredients:
- 1 tub of cheese
- 5 large strawberries…it’s the season!
- Assortment of lettuces and shoots
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
- Salt
- Topping to taste (ground almonds, raisins, walnuts)
Method:
- Prepare the dish putting the shoots on the base, place the cheese in the centre and place the chopped strawberries around it.
- Mix the two tablespoons of honey well in a jar with the cider vinegar, the oil and the salt until it emulsifies.
- We add this to the dish, check the salt and cover to taste, source of omega 3.
Veal bowl with honey
Ingredients:
- El Brezal Rosemary honey
- Soy sauce
- Beef or meat broth
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- Sesame oil
- Rice vinegar
- Onion powder
- Pepper
- Veal fillet steak
- Cornflour
- Sesame seeds
- Rice
- Broccoli
Method:

Pour 5 spoonfuls of honey, a dash of soy sauce, 1 glass of beef (or meat) broth, 1 spoonful of sesame oil, 1 spoonful of rice vinegar, a little onion powder and a little pepper in a pan Beat well with a mixer

Dice the veal fillet steak and add to the pan, covering with the sauce

Put the lid on the pan and cook at high heat for four hours

Meanwhile, in another pan, steam the rice and broccoli

Chicken with honey and lettuce
Ingredients:
- El Brezal Thyme honey
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Olive oil
- ½ grated onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- Chopped chicken breast
- 1 grated carrot
- ½ thinly sliced red cabbage
- Bean sprouts
- Honey-toasted peanuts
- Iceberg-type lettuce leaves
Method:

Mix 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce, 3 spoonfuls of honey, 1 spoonful of rice vinegar and ½ spoonful of sesame oil in a bowl Once well blended, leave to stand

Place a large frying pan with olive oil on a medium-high heat Fry the onion and garlic until golden

Add the chicken and carrot and mix well Once well mixed, add the previously prepared sauce and mix well again Leave to simmer for 3 minutes over a low heat

Add the bean sprouts, red cabbage and peanuts, mix well again and cover for 3 minutes

Fill the iceberg lettuce leaves with the mixture and serve
Porridge with honey
Ingredients:
- El Brezal Orange Blossom honey
- Oat flakes
- Milk
- Almond cream
- Bananas
Method:

Choose 4 more or less yoghurt-sized jars with lids Fill half the jar with oat flakes, a quarter with milk and 1 spoonful of almond cream

Peel and mash 1 banana Divide the banana purée among the 4 jars and mix well

Close the jars and put in the fridge for at least 8 hours

Before eating, add one or two spoonfuls of honey and mix well again

It can be eaten hot or cold (30 seconds in the microwave)
