Sobrassada, honey and fresh cheese sandwich

A delicious combination of flavours….

Ingredients:

• Sliced bread
• Butter
• Honey
• Sobrassada
• Fresh cheese

Method:

• Butter the slices of bread, then toast them slightly (in a toaster or frying pan)

• Once the bread is toasted, spread the sobrassada at room temperature

• Cut the cheese in thin slices and place on top of the sobrassada

• With a teaspoon, sprinkle a little honey on top of the cheese and sobrassada, then close the sandwich

• To further blend the ingredients, you can toast the sandwich a little more

Brie and apple sandwich with honey

One of the most delicious combinations ever

Ingredients:

• Sliced bread
• Honey
• Thinly sliced apple
• Brie cheese
• Butter

Method:

• Butter the slices of bread, then toast them

• Add the brie, sliced apples and a squirt of honey and toast the sandwich again to melt the cheese
