- 2 grilled turkey breasts
- ¾ cup of grapes, in halves (without seeds)
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
- 6 tablespoon of natural or Greek yoghurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix honey, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chopped turkey. Mix well until everything is properly combined.
- Add the choped nuts and carefuly add the grapes.
- Serve with whatever bread you like, in a sandwich, on its own or on leaves of different types of lettuce.
- Strips of courgette
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
Sauté the bacon in a frying pan and remove.
In the same pan, use the bacon fat to sauté the strips of courgette, mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the bacon, a little soy sauce and a drizzle of honey. Stir to mix.
Serve with a little sprinkled oregano.
Veal bowl with honey
- El Brezal Rosemary honey
- Soy sauce
- Beef or meat broth
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- Sesame oil
- Rice vinegar
- Onion powder
- Veal fillet steak
- Sesame seeds
Pour 5 spoonfuls of honey, a dash of soy sauce, 1 glass of beef (or meat) broth, 1 spoonful of sesame oil, 1 spoonful of rice vinegar, a little onion powder and a little pepper in a pan Beat well with a mixer
Dice the veal fillet steak and add to the pan, covering with the sauce
Put the lid on the pan and cook at high heat for four hours
Meanwhile, in another pan, steam the rice and broccoli
Serve a bed of rice, the diced veal and the broccoli in a soup plate Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and it is ready to eat
- Single cream
- Grated cheese
- 2 spoonfuls of dried rosemary
Place the “spaghetti” in a pan with boiling water with a little salt and oil
Meanwhile, in another saucepan, heat the single cream over a medium heat and when it has almost reached boiling point, turn off the heat (small bubbles begin to appear)
Flake a little rosemary and add it to the cream, mix and leave to stand for around 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, add a pinch of salt and honey to taste
Stir well and add the grated cheese
Drain the “spaghetti” and mix with the cream and other ingredients.
Serve and enjoy!
