Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- ½ glass of milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of oat flakes
- 1 coffee spoonful of vanilla essence
- ½ soup spoonful of cinnamon
- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of “El Brezal” blossom honey
- Chocolate chips
Preparation:

Skin the bananas, cut them into slices and put them in a liquidiser or blender along with the milk, flour, eggs, oatflakes, cinnamon, vanilla and Brezal Flower Honey and beat to make a thick mixture.

Fill a muffin mould tray with the mixture and decorate with the chocolate chips.

Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
Strawberry rolls
Ingredients:
- Cream cheese
- 4 slices of sliced bread without crust
- 5-6 chopped strawberries
- 1 egg
- ½ glass of milk
- Ground cinnamon
- Butter
Preparation:

Flatten the slices of bread. At one end of the slice spread some cheese, add chunks of strawberry and roll it up.

Mix one egg, ½ glass of milk and some ground cinnamon in a bowl. Dip the roll in the egg, milk and cinnamon mix and fry it in a pan with a little butter.

Serve with a drizzle of honey.
Banana rolls
Ingredients:
- Peanut butter
- 4 slices of sliced bread without crust
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- ½ glass of milk
- Ground cinnamon
- Butter
Preparation:

Flatten the slices of bread and spread some peanut butter at one end, then add some slices of banana and roll the slice up.

Mix one egg, ½ glass of milk and some ground cinnamon in a bowl.

Dip the roll in the egg, milk and cinnamon mix.

Fry it in a pan with a little butter.

Serve with a drizzle of honey.
Mango shake: A really tropical shake with a lot of flavour.
Ingredients:
- Mango
- Honey
- Yoghurt
- Cinnamon
Preparation:

Peel and cut half a mango. Put the mango with some yoghurt in a blender and mix (if it’s very thick, you can add milk or water).

Add two teaspoons of honey and stir well.

Serve in a glass with sprinkled cinnamon on top.
Apple and banana shake: Bananas and apples are two fruits that are essential for our diet, and provide a lot of benefits.
Ingredients:
- Banana
- Apple
- Milk
- Honey
- Chocolate
Preparation:

Peel and cut the apple and banana.

Put the apple, banana, milk and 2 tablespoons of honey in the blender glass. Blend everything well.

Grate the chocolate bar to make chocolate shavings.

Serve in a glass with sprinkled chocolate shavings on top.
Porridge with honey
Ingredients:
- El Brezal Orange Blossom honey
- Oat flakes
- Milk
- Almond cream
- Bananas
Method:

Choose 4 more or less yoghurt-sized jars with lids Fill half the jar with oat flakes, a quarter with milk and 1 spoonful of almond cream

Peel and mash 1 banana Divide the banana purée among the 4 jars and mix well

Close the jars and put in the fridge for at least 8 hours

Before eating, add one or two spoonfuls of honey and mix well again

It can be eaten hot or cold (30 seconds in the microwave)
