Shakes to lose weight
We often want to lose weight after a few days of excess, but do not know what to cook. A shake can be the perfect solution because it can replace a meal and is very easy to prepare. It also helps us lose weight.
Ingredients:
- Celery
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon “El Brezal” orange blossom honey.
- 1 bowl of spinach
- 3 apples
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 glass of water
Preparation:
- Wash all ingredients well
- Cut a piece of celery and put it in the blender with spinach, honey and parsley.
- Peel and chop the apples and add the remaining ingredients.
- Add a glass of water so that the shake is not too thick.
- Liquefy and mix all ingredients well.
