Oranges with cinnamon and honey

We bring you a recipe of a healthy and natural dessert, that will give you a good supply of vitamin C and a great taste.


5 oranges preferably “Navelate”
5 oranges for juice
Two tablespoons full of Orange Blossom honey (You can also try with Wildflower, Acacia, Rosemary, Lemon or Mandarin, preferably clear honeys).
A teaspoon ground cinnamon.


1.- Squeeze 5 oranges and reserve, (it is important not to let too much time to prevent juice from losing flavor and properties).

2.- Peel 5 “Navelate” oranges and cut into slices into 1/4-inch thick and place these slices in a bowl.

3.- Add the reserved orange juice and two tablespoons full of honey.

4.- Finally and before serving sprinkle with a teaspoon of cinnamon.
