Isotonic drinks. Part II

- ISOTONIC LEMONADE
Lemonade is a refreshing drink par excellence which also helps your body recover after a hard workout.
Ingredients:
- Lemon juice
- 1 litre of water
- 1 tablespoons of “El Brezal” rosemary honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sodium bicarbonate
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and allow to cool in the refrigerator.
NOTE: Do not drink too cold, because the contrast of the cold drink with body heat could affect our organism.
- ISOTONIC COCONUT WATER
Coconut, a fruit high in minerals, which is refreshing and has a natural isotonic touch.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- Frozen pineapple chunks
- Banana chunks
- 2 tablespoons of “El Brezal” blossom honey
- 1 pinch of coconut extract
Preparation:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well
