Detox Shakes II

We continue with the second part of the detox shakes that are ideal for September, which will help us to purify our bodies and keep us in shape.
3. Pineapple, cucumber and lemon detox
A rich shake that will help to eliminate toxins, as well as being very nutritious.
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half glasses of water
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 2 soup spoons of “El Brezal” rosemary honey
Preparation:
- Peel the cucumber and chop
- Squeeze the lemon to extract its juice
- Mix the water, chopped pineapple, cucumber, lemon juice and two tablespoons of “El Brezal” Rosemary honey in a blender.
- Blend well and we have a delicious and refreshing detox shake
4. Banana, pear and spinach detox
A shake that is full of flavour and that also helps us to look after ourselves and keep in shape.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- Mint leaves
- Spinach
- 1 glass of water
- 2 pears
Preparation:
- Chop the bananas and pears and add to the blender
- Take a handful of spinach and a few mint leaves and add to, along with water, the blender with the remaining ingredients
- Beat until well blended
