What the detox salad really does is to remove toxins from our body, helping us to lose weight by eating natural foods.
So, if you do not know what you are going to make to eat today … we will suggest a delicious and healthy detox salad.
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Cucumber
- ½ Avocado
- Bean sprouts
Ingredients for the dressing:
- A sprig of chopped rosemary.
- Olive oil
- “El Brezal” rosemary honey
- Put the spinach leaves, with half a chopped avocado and bean sprouts into a bowl.
- Peel carrots and cucumber and grate them with grater. The salad will be more homogeneous with this texture And add to the salad bowl.
Make the dressing by mixing a tablespoon of “El Brezal” rosemary honey with 3 tablespoons olive oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of chopped rosemary. Mix well with a spoon and add it to our detox salad.
