Honey 100% from Spain. Thyme grows in the central mountains of Spain.

Characteristics

Clear amber colour with a strong and persistent floral aroma with a very marked and characteristic phenolic component. Sweet to the taste with clear acidic, and sometimes salty, notes.

Pairings

This honey is good with strong infusions, cured cheese, braised and roasted meats.
