This special and typically Mediterranean honey it´s collected in the area of the Spanish Levante and is produced by the bees with the nectar of the flowers of Lemon tree.
The color it is very clear amber. Its aroma is tenuous and floral. The taste is sweet with sometimes clear acidic notes.
Combines very well with mild infusions, fromage frais, pastries, ice creams, and poultry and especially delicious with fruits such as oranges, strawberries and raspberries.
