The Robinia pseudoacacia (Acacia) grows mainly in Central Europe and belongs to the family of the Fabaceae or Leguminosae.
Extremely clear, transparent, pale lemon yellow colour. It has a delicate floral aroma that is not very persistent, with floury notes. It is sweet, very smooth and rounded.
Perfect with yoghurts, fromage frais and aromatic infusions such as camomile, pennyroyal and mint. Used in pastry-making as a complement to add a delicate touch, or as a substitute for sugar.
