Elaichi Lassi Indian Drink
Ingredients:
- 200 gr Greek yoghurt
- 20 gr ground cardamom
- Saffron strands
- 100 gr brown sugar
- 30 gr honey
- 200 gr milk
- 10 almonds
- 10 pistachios
- Crushed ice
Method:

Heat half of the milk and add the saffron and cardamom Turn off heat and leave to stand for around 5 minutes

Dice the shelled pistachios and almonds

Pour the flavoured milk, sugar, yoghurt and rest of milk in a beaker and whisk to obtain a denser consistency

Place some crushed ice and the honey into glasses and then add the whisked mixture
Decorate with the diced pistachios and almonds.
